The Mythical Pixiu: A Symbol of Prosperity and Protection

Pixiu has always been considered auspicious, possessing mystical powers and being able to draw wealth from far and wide.

All Pixiu have wings. It has protruding eyes and sharp teeth. A split tail that hangs low and downward and covers their rear. It is an epresentative metaphor that they hold countless amounts of gold and wealth inside their stomachs but will not let it out. Pixiu can be divided into two types according to the antler.

The one with two antlers is a female called a Bìxié.
The one with one antler is a male called Tiānlù.
Bìxié ( to ward off evil spirits ): The female of the species wards off evil. Bìxié has the power to help people who suffer from bad Feng Shui due to bad timing.
Tiānlù ( wealth ): The male of the species is in charge of wealth. Tiānlù goes out into the world to search for gold and other forms of wealth. Displaying Tiānlù at home or in the office can prevent wealth from flowing away.

The Pixiu is a popular symbol of good luck and prosperity worldwide.
