• Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your bracelet.

For all the Aura Opuses bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the bracelets purchased at www.auraopuses.com. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s).
For a refund, we accept Aura Opuses bracelets with the original tags attached in the box and the bracelet(s) must not show any signs of usage. As soon as the package arrives, we will issue a full refund. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note that because we sell custom-made products, we are not legally obliged to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers, that is why, we do offer the ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’!

       We recommend shipping your return bracelet via an insured ‘signature required’ delivery method. Please send an email           to [email protected] regarding your refund, stating your order number.

• We provide free shipping on all orders.

You are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes that your local Customs authority deems appropriate. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. We are unable to calculate the exact number of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country. Please consult your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

When measuring your wrist, let the measuring tape stay as close to your hand as possible. Don’t add additional length to your measurement.

Use a piece of string to measure your wrist and lay the string back out on a ruler to get your measurement in inches or centimeters.

• When ordering
  Please note your wrist size(in” or cm) and whether you want the bracelet looser or tighter in the bill at checkout.

To care for your bracelet, gently wipe it with a soft cotton cloth after each wear. Avoid using cleaning materials on both the crystals and metals. A damp cloth can be used on the crystal, but be sure to use a straight motion rather than a circular motion when wiping down the piece of jewelry.
To preserve the integrity of your jewelry, put it on after applying cosmetics, perfume, hairspray, and other potentially corrosive substances. Also, to protect your bracelet, please don’t wear it while bathing, sleeping, or participating in sports activities.
To properly store your bracelet, keep it in the box or pouch provided and away from natural sunlight and heat.
